Is the shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free around USA.
When will I receive my item?
When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders are processed within 5 to 7 days and transit time is around 2 days. Orders cut off time is Monday to Friday 5:00pm(CST). All orders made after 5:00pm(CST) will be processed the next day. Order placed on Friday after 5:00pm(CST) will be processed on Monday.
Can I change or return my item?
If you want to change a product into another design, please contact us so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 10 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.
